Arts of Tuscaloosa will certainly       expand your literary knowledge

Current Arts of Tuscaloosa student Amy Frees says, "To hear Kate Bernheimer read The Girl in the Castle in the Museum was almost like hearing a completely different story than when I read it to myself. Her timing and inflections gave the story new life."

There are many other opportunities to experience literary art in Tuscaloosa. Arts of Tuscaloosa encourages students to attend Author Readings, where authors of great literary works add voice to their written word right before your eyes.
Rising junior Bryce Shelton says, " I love the university's literary journals. This years Sad Animal Issue of the Black Warrior Review really opened my eyes to the emotions my fellow classmates experience everyday."
